Prepare the roof deck
The existing surface is stripped back and a new marine-grade plywood deck is laid for a clean, stable substrate.

Apply the fibreglass laminate
Layers of glass fibre matting are saturated with catalysed resin and applied to the deck, bonding as they cure into a rigid, seamless surface.

Sand and prepare
Once cured, the surface is sanded to key it for the topcoat.
- 04
Apply the coloured topcoat
A UV-stable topcoat protects the laminate, provides the finish and seals the surface against weathering.

Fit GRP trims and upstands
All edges, upstands and abutments are finished with matching trims, completing the watertight seal.
